Ben Stef is a mortgage loan advisor who helps real estate investors and homebuyers understand financing in a clear, practical way. Early in his career, he got frustrated with old school lending habits where loan officers acted like order takers instead of real advisors. He saw too many investors being told no simply because they did not fit inside a basic lending box. That pushed him to build a mortgage business focused on strategy, creativity, and real solutions that actually match how investors grow and scale.
Ben creates videos, tools, and resources that break down complex loan strategies into simple steps people can use right away. He is passionate about helping investors build long term wealth and helping loan officers improve their marketing, communication, and confidence on camera. Outside of work, he spends time with his wife and enjoys snowboarding, volleyball, and paintball.
